Easy Returns Process
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that have been altered, worn, or damaged after purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges

Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as intimate apparel and swimwear are non-returnable. Additionally, items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to double-check your order before completing your purchase to ensure satisfaction.
